What to Expect: Steps of Therapy

  1. Hot Pool (39-41°C): Begin with the hot bath. The warmth soothes tired muscles, releases tension, and eases your body into relaxation.
  2. Ambient Pool (34-36°C): Transition into the warm bath. Your body cools gently while your muscles stay relaxed and your mind begins to settle.
  3. Cold Pool (16-17°C): Finish with the cold bath. The refreshing contrast invigorates the senses and supports circulation.
  4. Unwind: Take a moment to breathe, slow down, and simply be. Surrounded by gentle greenery and a calm atmosphere, let the experience restore balance and calm.

Who Is This For?
  • Massage guests who want to loosen their muscles before their treatment.Busy professionals who need to unwind and disconnect before a massage.Active people looking to ease tired muscles.Travellers and visitors recovering from long days of sightseeing or flights.Anyone who enjoys sauna or steam and wants to make the most of their spa visit.
  • Why It Matters

Stress can leave muscles tight and the mind busy. Alternating between hot, warm, and cold water, a tradition rooted in Japanese onsen culture, helps the body move from tension to relaxation to renewed energy. Warm, relaxed muscles respond better to massage, so adding hydrotherapy beforehand helps you get more from your treatment. Guest numbers are thoughtfully limited, so the space stays peaceful and calm.
