Term & Conditions

• Spa Arrival: It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation to complete our consultation process. Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to the treatment time.
• Deposit & Refund: Please deposit your booking at 500 baht/person. You can pay the remaining amount when you arrive at the spa. Once the deposit is made, the refund is not applicable. If you wish to change the date, please see below.
• Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is needed, please let us know at least 72 hours before the date of booking (You can reschedule your booking within 7 days from the date). If your cancellation is less than 72 hours, we will not refund the deposit in all cases.
